Lou Bell

Coach, athlete, and lifelong student of athletic performance. My athletic journey began on the tennis court at the age of 8, eventually leading me to compete at the Division I level for Hampton University. Alongside tennis, I developed a passion for boxing, competing as an amateur and continuing to train with plans to step back into the ring at the Masters’ level. I bring my years of competitive experience, combined with best practices gathered from the science-based field of human performance to help athletes and everyday people unlock their full potential.

Over the years, I’ve coached athletes of all ages and skill levels to perform at their best in their given sports. As a certified strength and conditioning coach I apply evidence-based, data driven training methods to help athletes and individuals reach their peak.

My passion lies in empowering people to perform at their best, build confidence, and “keep swinging” both in sport and in life.
